DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION PROJECT IN HUACHIPA, LIMA (PERU)
It is proposed the division and preliminary draft of a new center in a strategic area located between the poor and consolidated neighborhoods of informal homes in the hills and the well-off class on the other side of the Rimac River, and next to a potential green space according to urban planning terms "of special regulation" and the pre-Columbian archaeological space" Los Pedreros ".

Se plantea parcelación y anteproyecto de un nuevo centro en una zona estratégica localizada entre los barrios pobres y consolidados de viviendas informales en los cerros y la clase acomodada al otro lado del río Rímac, y junto a un potencial espacio verde según términos urbanísticos "de reglamentación especial" y al espacio arqueológico precolombino "Los Pedreros".
