Rehabilitation of the buildings of Spanish developmentalism. Maintenance of the structure, which will order the new types, "embraced" to it. Expression of a greater typological variety, of diverse rhythms within the existing pillar frames. The characteristic contours of the plants enhance the diagonal, the double circulation within the houses and the spatial gradations already raised on a "macro" neighborhood scale to this other "micro" scale.

Rehabilitación de los edificios del desarrollismo español. Mantenimiento de la estructura, que ordenará los nuevos tipos, "abrazados" a ella. Expresión de una mayor variedad tipológica, de diversos ritmos dentro de las tramas de pilares preexistentes. Los contornos característicos de las plantas potencian la diagonal, la doble circulación dentro de las viviendas y las gradaciones espaciales ya planteadas a escala barrial "macro" hasta esta otra escala "micro".
Specialization of the facades together with the specialization of housing types, with the use of three materialities: opaque, translucent and transparent. Climate orientation, urban orientation and type of users will determine the choice to a greater or lesser extent of each of the three materials.

Especialización de la fachadas junto a la especialización de los tipos de vivienda, con el uso de tres materiales: opaco, traslúcido y transparente. Orientación climática, orientación urbana y tipo de usuarios determinarán la elección en mayor o menos medida de cada uno de los tres materiales.
Manifestación del carácter inherente al probable usuario, dentro de una sociedad nómada y flexible a lo largo de su vida.
