Drawing from the Special Zones of Social Interest of the Expanded Center of São Paulo proposed by the 2014 Master Plan, we study systematized and diversifiable integrative morphologies in the São Paulo landscape, with housing as an structuring element in its spatial characterization.
The city is diagnosed as a living system in a situation of deep imbalance. A greater complexity of urban planning is sought, a greater organizational capacity that is possible with GeoDATA, through functional, social, environmental, morphological, cultural and economic parameters.
The methodology has consisted in the elaboration of a table of 60 conditions that classifies problems and possible solutions and attends to different scales and relationships. Its objective is to generate an urbanism that thinks about the complexity of the city in its three dimensions on a local level.
The city is understood as a set of subsystems of different scales. From a furniture scale, space solutions are added and complexed to the public scale. This combinations seeks to mix different types of population, observing their functional needs and exploring the possibilities of collective spaces, testing housing typologies that go beyond the individual scale, such as fragmented housing. The system aims to reformulate the ways of inhabiting the center of Sao Paulo.
Conclusion: my proposal is the germ of multiple projects, a new way of understanding planning, where buildings are dissolved in a mutable and expansive Sao Paulo, trying to overcome the existing socio-territorial duality through an integrating system.

Partiendo de las Zonas Especiales de Interés Social del Centro Expandido de São Paulo propuestas por el Plan Director de 2014, estudiamos morfologías integradoras sistematizadas y diversificables en el paisaje paulistano, con la vivienda como vertebradora elemental en su caracterización espacial.

La ciudad es diagnosticada como sistema vivo en situación de profundo desequilibrio. Se busca una complejización del planeamiento, una mayor capacidad organizativa posibilitada por la GeoDATA, a través de parámetros funcionales, sociales, ambientales, morfológicos, culturales y económicos.

La metodología ha consistido en la elaboración de una tabla de 60 condiciones que clasifica problemas y posibles soluciones y atiende a diversas escalas y relaciones. Su objetivo es generar un urbanismo que piensa la complejidad de la ciudad en sus tres dimensiones a escala local.

La ciudad se entiende como conjunto de susbsistemas de diferentes escalas. Desde una escala de mobiliario, las soluciones espaciales se van adicionando y complejizando hasta la escala pública. Se busca mezclar tipos distintos de población, observando sus necesidades funcionales y explorando las posibilidades de espacios colectivos, ensayando tipologías habitacionales que van más allá de la escala individual, como la vivienda fragmentada. El sistema pretende reformular los modos de habitar del centro de Sao Paulo.

Conclusión: nuestra propuesta es el germen de múltiples proyectos, una nueva manera de entender el planeamiento, donde los edificios se disuelven en un Sao Paulo mutable y expansivo, tratando de superar la dualidad socio-territorial existente a través de un sistema integrador.

MATERIALIZING A PROTOCURRICULUM FOR THE SUBJECT OF VISUAL ARTS AT SECONDARY COMPULSORY EDUCATION 

This alternative educational proposal to conventional curricular structures understands Education as a possibility, not as a prescription. Starting from the fifth principle of the rhizome -structural model taken from the French philosophers Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari (1972)-, the one that refers to cartography, the protocurriculum is understood as the representation of all the multiplicity of fragments that compose the reality of Artistic Education in the 21st century, as an instrument capable of approaching, confronting and giving visibility to all the possibilities required by the global classroom.

Esta propuesta educativa alternativa a las estructuras curriculares convencionales entiende la Educación como posibilidad, no como prescripción. Partiendo del quinto principio del rizoma -modelo estructural tomado de los filósofos franceses Gilles Deleuze y Felix Guattari (1972)-, el de la cartografía, se entiende el protocurrículo como representación de toda la multiplicidad de fragmentos que componen la realidad de la Educación Artística en el siglo XXI, como instrumento capaz de abordar, confrontar y dar visibilidad a todas las posibilidades requeridas por el aula global.

The possibilities of collective housing in a simple existing structure Semester Project at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM) May 2013
Highest qualification of a 80-people group (9/10)

Rehabilitation of buildings of Spanish developmentalism in this popular neighborhood of Madrid. Maintenance of the existing structure, which will order the new types of housing, "embraced" to it. Expression of a greater typological variety, of different rhythms within the pillar patterns. The characteristic contours of the plants enhance the diagonal, the double circulation within the houses and the spatial gradations already raised on a "macro" neighborhood scale to this other "micro" scale. The possibility of being all or nothing at the same time.

Rehabilitación de edificios del desarrollismo español en este popular barrio madrileño. Mantenimiento de la estructura preexistente, que ordenará los nuevos tipos de vivienda, "abrazados" a ella. Expresión de una mayor variedad tipológica, de diversos ritmos dentro de las tramas de pilares. Los contornos característicos de las plantas potencian la diagonal, la doble circulación dentro de las viviendas y las gradaciones espaciales ya planteadas a escala barrial "macro" hasta esta otra escala "micro". La posibilidad de ser todo o nada en un mismo instante
